38.2-1017 - Applicability of Title 13.1.

§ 38.2-1017. Applicability of Title 13.1.

Except as otherwise provided in this title, Article 12 (§ 13.1-715.1 et seq.)of Chapter 9 of Title 13.1 shall apply to mergers involving a domestic stockinsurer and Article 11 (§ 13.1-894 et seq.) of Chapter 10 of Title 13.1 shallapply to mergers involving a domestic mutual insurer.
