38.2-1005.1:13 - Limitation on actions

§ 38.2-1005.1:13. Limitation on actions.

Any action challenging the validity of or arising out of any act taken orproposed to be taken under this article shall be commenced within thirty daysafter the date the plan of MHC conversion becomes effective.
