§ 38.2-112. Water damage.
"Water damage insurance" means insurance against loss or damage to anyproperty by water or other fluid or substance resulting from (i) the breakageor leakage of sprinklers, pumps or other apparatus erected for extinguishingfires or of water pipes or other conduits or containers, or (ii) casual waterentering through leaks or openings in buildings or by seepage throughbuilding walls, but not including loss or damage resulting from flood or therising of the waters of the ocean or its tributaries. This class of insuranceincludes insurance against accidental injury of such sprinklers, pumps, fireapparatus, conduits or containers.
