§ 37.2-822. Treatment of person admitted while appeal is pending.

Whenever the director of any facility reasonably believes that treatment isnecessary to protect the life, health, or safety of a person, treatment maybe given during the period allowed for any appeal unless prohibited by orderof a circuit court in the county or city wherein the appeal is pending.
