§ 33.1-354. Entry upon lands; hindering Commissioner or agent.
The Commissioner and all employees under his direction may enter upon suchlands as may be necessary in the performance of their functions and duties asprescribed by this article. Any person who shall hinder or obstruct theCommissioner or any assistant or agent of the Commissioner in carrying outsuch functions and duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
