§ 33.1-441. Cooperation between districts and other political subdivisions.

Any district created pursuant to this chapter may enter into agreements withcounties, cities, and towns, or other political subdivisions of theCommonwealth, with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, or withthe Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for joint or cooperativeaction in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in §15.2-1300.
