§ 32.1-53. Facilities and contracts for treatment of tuberculosis patients.

The Board may construct and operate hospitals and other facilities for thediagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis or enter into contractualarrangements with medical schools and hospitals in the Commonwealth for thecare and treatment of tuberculosis patients.
