§ 32.1-3. Definitions.
As used in this title unless the context requires otherwise or it isotherwise provided:
1. "Board" or "State Board" means the State Board of Health.
2. "Commissioner" means the State Health Commissioner.
3. "Department" means the State Department of Health.
4. "Person" means an individual, corporation, partnership, association orany other legal entity.
