3.2-5820 - Penalty for violation of chapter.

§ 3.2-5820. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulationadopted pursuant thereto for which no specific penalty has been provided isguilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
