§ 3.2-5808. Oath and seal of licensed public weighmaster; Commonwealth notobligated to pay compensation.
Each licensed public weighmaster shall, before entering upon his duties, makeoath to execute faithfully his duties. The issuance of a license as licensedpublic weighmaster shall not obligate the Commonwealth to pay to the licenseeany compensation for his services as a licensed public weighmaster. Eachlicensed public weighmaster shall, at his own expense, provide himself withan impression seal. His name and the words "Commonwealth of Virginia" shallbe inscribed around the outer margin of the seal and the words "licensedpublic weighmaster" shall appear in the center thereof. The seal shall beimpressed upon each weight certificate issued by a licensed publicweighmaster.
