3.2-5232 - Obstructing Commissioner; violations of article.

§ 3.2-5232. Obstructing Commissioner; violations of article.

Any person who shall hinder or obstruct the Commissioner in the discharge ofthe authority or duty imposed upon him by this article, and any personviolating any of its provisions is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
