§ 3.2-4006. Duty to maintain records.
Any person who sells, offers for sale, transports, or delivers agriculturalor vegetable seed for transportation shall keep a complete record of sale,origin, germination, purity, variety, noxious weed seeds, and treatment ofeach lot of agricultural or vegetable seed offered for three years. TheCommissioner shall have the right to inspect such records.
