§ 3.2-1803. Potato Board officers and compensation.
A. The Potato Board shall elect a chairman and such other officers as deemedappropriate.
B. Members of the Potato Board may be reimbursed for expenses incurred inconnection with their attendance at regular or special meetings of the PotatoBoard.
