29.1-823 - Appeals from actions of the Director; generally.

§ 29.1-823. Appeals from actions of the Director; generally.

Any person aggrieved by the action of the Director in refusing to grant orrenew a license or in suspending or revoking a license, or by any otheraction of the Director which is alleged to be improper, unreasonable orunlawful under the provisions of this chapter is entitled to judicial reviewin accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§2.2-4000 et seq.).
