29.1-505 - Penalty for violation of regulations.

§ 29.1-505. Penalty for violation of regulations.

It shall be a misdemeanor to violate any regulation promulgated pursuant tothis title. Any person violating such a regulation shall be guilty of a Class3 misdemeanor unless another penalty is specified.
