29.1-337.1 - Penalty for false statements; altering, borrowing or lending license.

§ 29.1-337.1. Penalty for false statements; altering, borrowing or lendinglicense.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make a false statement in order tosecure a license or to alter, change, borrow, or lend or attempt to use,borrow or lend a license. Any person violating this provision shall be guiltyof a Class 2 misdemeanor.
