28.2-529 - Converting shells into lime; penalty.

§ 28.2-529. Converting shells into lime; penalty.

It shall be unlawful for any person to take or catch oysters or shells forconversion into lime, unless the person has obtained permission from theCommission.

A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
