§ 28.2-519. Use of rakes or scrapes on ocean side of Eastern Shore; penalty.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use dredges, scrapes, rakes other thanhand rakes, or other like devices to take or catch crabs, clams, or shellsfrom the public rocks, beds, or shoals on the ocean side of the Counties ofAccomack and Northampton.
A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
