§ 26-57. Validation of substitutions of trustees made without sufficientnotice to persons interested and validation of acts done by such substitutedtrustees.
When trustees have been substituted by proceedings in the courts of thisCommonwealth in place of original trustees under deeds recorded in thisCommonwealth, without sufficient notice or without any notice to some one ormore of the persons interested in the execution of the trusts of such deeds,all such substitutions, and all acts made and done by such substitutedtrustees prior to June 27, 1942, on the credit of their substitution, shallbe held, and the same are hereby declared valid and effective in all respectsif otherwise valid according to the law then in force.
