§ 25.1-105. Condemnation of cemeteries.
Nothing in this title shall be construed to authorize the condemnation ofproperty of any cemetery or burial ground, or any part thereof. The authorityto condemn any cemetery or burial ground shall be specifically as provided bylaw.
