24.2-304.5 - Notification of certain civil actions.

§ 24.2-304.5. Notification of certain civil actions.

Any county, city, or town made a defendant in any civil action challengingthe legality of its election district boundaries shall immediately notify theAttorney General of the pending civil action for review pursuant to § 2.2-508.
