§ 23-66. Payment of bonds of the University.
For the payment of the bonds, with the interest thereon, issued in pursuanceof the act entitled "An act to authorize the rector and board of visitors ofthe University of Virginia to issue bonds to pay off and discharge theirfloating debt and maturing obligations," approved March 28, 1871, not onlythe current revenue of the University, but also the property now held by theCommonwealth for the purposes of the University, shall continue liable.
