23-50.16:19 - Leases of property

§ 23-50.16:19. Leases of property.

The Authority shall be exempt from the provisions of § 2.2-1149 and from anyrules, regulations and guidelines of the Division of Engineering andBuildings in relation to leases of real property into which it enters.
