§ 23-37.3. Scholarships for dental hygienists; contracts to be signed byapplicants.

Before any such scholarship is awarded, the applicant must sign a writtencontract, under the terms of which the applicant agrees to pursue the dentalhygiene course of the school awarding the scholarship until completion, andthereupon to promptly begin and thereafter engage continuously in dentalhygiene work in the Commonwealth of Virginia for a period of years equal innumber to the years the applicant has been a beneficiary of such scholarshipor scholarships. The contract shall contain such other provisions as arenecessary, in the opinion of the State Board of Health, to accomplish thepurposes of the scholarship.
