§ 23-38.98. Revocation of management agreement.
An institution's status as a covered institution may be revoked by an act ofthe General Assembly (i) if the institution fails to meet the requirements ofthis subchapter, or (ii) if the institution fails to meet the requirements ofthe management agreement as provided in § 23-38.88. An institution's statusas a covered institution shall terminate upon the Governor voiding themanagement agreement with the institution as provided under subdivision D 4of § 23-38.88.
