23-38.10:12 - Determination of domicile.

§ 23-38.10:12. Determination of domicile.

For the purposes of determining the eligibility of a student for a two-yearcollege transfer grant, domicile shall be determined by the enrollinginstitution, as provided in § 23-7.4, and the State Council of HigherEducation's guidelines for domiciliary status determinations.
