§ 23-226. Bonds of agents and System employees.
Proper bonds shall be required of all agents and employees who shall handleany funds which may come into custody of the System. The premiums on thebonds shall be paid from funds appropriated by the Commonwealth for theadministration of the provisions of this chapter.
