§ 23-135.17. Establishment.
There is hereby established within the Virginia Polytechnic Institute andState University a division to be known as the "Wytheville Branch of theVirginia Polytechnic Institute and State University," hereinafter referredto as the division. Such division shall be in all respects subject to thejudgment, control and supervision of the governing board of the VirginiaPolytechnic Institute and State University.
