§ 23-9.2:3.2. Education program on human immunodeficiency virus infection.
Virginia public colleges and universities, in cooperation with the StateCouncil of Higher Education and the Department of Health, shall develop andimplement education programs for college students on the etiology, effectsand prevention of infection with human immunodeficiency virus. The Councilshall also encourage private colleges and universities to develop suchprograms.
