§ 23-1.01. Annual reports required of boards of visitors.
The board of visitors of each institution of higher education shall submitthe annual financial statements for the year ending the preceding June 30 andthe accounts and status of any ongoing capital projects to the Auditor ofPublic Accounts for the audit of such statements pursuant to § 30-133.
