22.1-212 - Vacation schools and summer camps operated by Board or Department.

§ 22.1-212. Vacation schools and summer camps operated by Board or Department.

Any vacation school or summer camp operated by the Board of Education or theState Department of Education shall be made available to persons of schoolage within the Commonwealth on a nondiscriminatory basis regardless ofwhether they attend public or private schools during the regular school year.
