§ 22.1-199.5. After school programs for at-risk students.

A local school board may establish after school programs designed to preventat-risk youth from engaging in illegal or gang-related activities for schoolaged children.

Local funds appropriated for K through 12 education may be used to supportsuch after-school programs.
