22.1-165 - Management and administration of moneys, etc., transferred from Literary Fund.

§ 22.1-165. Management and administration of moneys, etc., transferred fromLiterary Fund.

The Authority shall manage and administer as provided in this chapter allmoneys or obligations that may be set aside and transferred to it from theprincipal of the Literary Fund by the General Assembly for public schoolpurposes pursuant to Article VIII, Section 8 of the Constitution of Virginiaand any funds authorized by the General Assembly from the Literary Fund orotherwise appropriated by the General Assembly for public school purposes.
