§ 21-327. Courses, distances and levels.
The line of each ditch, drain or levee shall be plainly and substantiallymarked upon the ground, by the cutting or marking of necessary trees, stakingor otherwise. The course and distance of each ditch shall be carefully notedand sufficient notes made so that it may be accurately platted on the plan ofthe drainage district. A line of levels shall be run for the entire work, andsufficient data secured from which accurate profiles and plans shall be made.
