§ 2.2-5401. Designation by Secretary of Health and Human Resources of agencyto administer act.

The Secretary of Health and Human Resources shall designate an agency toadminister the Community Action Act and to work with community actionagencies and community action statewide organizations to develop social andeconomic opportunities for low-income persons.
