§ 2.2-3310.3. Vietnam Human Rights Day.

The 11th day of May of each year shall be designated and recognized asVietnam Human Rights Day in support of efforts by the Non-Violent Movementfor Human Rights in Vietnam to achieve freedom and human rights for thepeople of Vietnam.
