2.2-3008 - Employees of local constitutional officers.

§ 2.2-3008. Employees of local constitutional officers.

Constitutional officers shall not be required to provide a grievanceprocedure for their employees; however, such employees may be accepted in alocal governing body's grievance procedure or personnel system if agreed toby the constitutional officer and the local governing body.
