§ 2.2-2527. (Expires July 1, 2014) Powers and duties of the Commission.

The Commission shall have the following powers and duties:

1. To monitor the implementation of state and federal laws pertaining tocommunity integration of Virginians with disabilities; and

2. To make appropriate recommendations to the Governor concerning communityintegration of Virginians with disabilities.
