§ 2.2-220.1. Chesapeake Bay 2000 Agreement; annual report.
By November 1 of each year, the Secretary of Natural Resources, inconsultation with appropriate state and federal agencies, shall report to theHouse Committee on Chesapeake and Its Tributaries, the Senate Committee onAgriculture, Conservation, and Natural Resources, the House Committee onAppropriations, the Senate Committee on Finance, the Virginia delegation tothe Chesapeake Bay Commission, and the Virginia Chesapeake Bay PartnershipCouncil on specific progress made in implementing the provisions of theChesapeake Bay 2000 Agreement. The report shall include, but not be limitedto, a description of the programs, activities, and initiatives developed andimplemented by state and local government agencies to meet each of the goalsand commitments contained in the Agreement and an assessment of projectedstate funding necessary to meet the goals and commitments.
