§ 2.2-1200. Department of Human Resource Management created; Director.

A. There is created a Department of Human Resource Management (the"Department"), which shall be headed by a Director appointed by theGovernor to serve at his pleasure.

B. The Director of the Department shall, under the direction and control ofthe Governor, exercise such powers and perform such duties as are delegatedto him by the Governor or conferred or imposed upon him by law and performsuch other duties as may be required by the Governor.
