§ 18.2-334.4. Exemptions to article; pari-mutuel wagering.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to make it illegal to participatein any race meeting or pari-mutuel wagering conducted in accordance withChapter 29 (§ 59.1-364 et seq.) of Title 59.1.
