§ 18.2-160. Trespassing on railroad trains.
If any person, not being a passenger or employee, shall be found trespassingupon any railroad car or train of any railroad in this Commonwealth, byriding on any car, or any part thereof, on its arrival, stay or departure ator from any station or depot of such railroad, or on the passage of any suchcar or train over any part of any such railroad, such person shall be guiltyof a Class 4 misdemeanor.
