§ 18.2-158. Driving, etc., animal on track to recover damages.
If any person, with a view to the recovery of damages against a railroadcompany, willfully ride, drive, or lead any animal, or otherwise contrive forany animal to go, on the railroad track of such company, and such animal isby reason thereof killed or injured, he shall be guilty of a Class 3misdemeanor.
