§ 18.2-46. Venue.
Venue for all actions and prosecutions under any of the provisions of thisarticle shall be in the county or city wherein a lynching or other violationof any of the provisions of this article may have occurred, or of the countyor city from which the person lynched or assaulted may have been taken asaforesaid.
