§ 17.1-627. Premium on indemnifying bond taxed as costs.
In case of any attachment or any levy pursuant to a judgment, where theattaching or judgment creditor is required to give bond to indemnify and saveharmless the officer executing such attachment or levy, the clerk shall taxin the costs of the proceeding wherein such attachment is had or judgment isentered the reasonable cost of such bond, such costs to be recovered asprovided in § 17.1-601.
