15.2-7029 - Decisions of Authority.

§ 15.2-7029. Decisions of Authority.

A majority of the Authority Board shall constitute a quorum. Decisions of theAuthority Board shall require a quorum and shall be in accordance with votingprocedures established by the Authority.
