§ 15.2-5500. Tourism Development Authority established.

There is hereby established a Tourism Development Authority for the LENOWISCOand Cumberland Plateau Planning District Commissions. The Authority shallpromote, expand and develop the tourism industries of this coal-producingregion as a whole.
