§ 15.2-5360. Protection and enforcement of rights and duties under chapter.
Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter, or of any ofthe coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust indenturesecuring the same, except to the extent the rights herein given may berestricted by such trust indenture or any resolution authorizing the issuanceof such bonds, may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action, injunction,mandamus or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of this Commonwealth or granted by this chapter or under such trustindenture or resolution and may enforce and compel the performance of allduties required by this chapter or by such trust indenture or resolution tobe performed by the authority or by any officer, employee or agent thereof,including the fixing, charging and collection of fees, rents and othercharges.
