15.2-5327 - Powers of nonstock corporations.

§ 15.2-5327. Powers of nonstock corporations.

An authority shall have all powers granted to corporations under theprovisions of § 13.1-826, including, without limitation, the power to own orcontrol stock and nonstock subsidiaries.
