§ 15.2-3833. Chapter not applicable to cities already existing.

This chapter shall not affect the organization, government, officers, charteror laws governing any city declared to be such prior to January 1, 1976,under former acts of the General Assembly. Statutes under which citiesdeclared to be such prior to January 1, 1976, were organized as cities shallcontinue in force.
